At AJ Apparel US, we are committed to delivering your high-quality custom apparel on time and ensuring a smooth shipping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping options and delivery policy:
Shipping Locations: We offer shipping services to the following locations:

- Canada
- US APO/FPO locations
Please note that shipping outside of the continental United States may incur an additional fee. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer care team with your specific requirements at (832) 243-1301.
Shipping Options: We understand that your deadlines vary, and we offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Our available shipping options include:

Free Standard Shipping:
- Delivery expected within 9-12 business days

- Delivery within 3 business days

Free Rush Decorated Sample Shipping:
- Decorated sample orders delivered within 3 business days

Delivery Policy: Turnaround Time: Our average turnaround time is 22-25 business days from the day the order is placed. Please note that this does not include transit times.
Shipping Methods: Our Free Shipping option includes UPS Ground services. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method after checkout, please speak with a customer service representative for details and associated costs.
Orders Placed Online: For orders placed online through our design studio, the turnaround time is 22-25 business days, but we do require approvals of proofs before production. Slower response times to proof emails and excessive changes may result in delays.
Delivery Dates: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimated. While we make every effort to meet these estimated delivery dates, we ask that our customers inform us of any hard "in hands" due date for orders placed online or with their CSR (Customer Service Representative).
Orders Placed with a CSR: For orders placed through our customer service team, the turnaround time does not commence until the invoice has been paid, and the artwork has been approved.
Unforeseen Delays: In certain circumstances, delays may occur that are outside of our control. In these cases, orders may take up to 32-40 business days to ship. We understand the importance of meeting your deadlines and will do our best to mitigate any delays when possible.
